The Prisoners Brought Out: Alarica, Captain Hanz, and Viola were brought into the dining hall wearing heavy cold-iron magic dampening cuffs.
Graf’s ultimatum: Minister Graf offered a toast—either enter the service of the Säullan Council or become prey in his brand-new hunt. The Vanguard Charter detailed every event since Hanz absconded on his duties, giving the party until the end of dinner to decide.
The Blood Oath & Binding (Disgust of Lev):
The majority signed the charter, becoming "dogs of the Council."
Lyndfel and TheScout abstained from signing.

Double-Dealing: Augustine is supplying both weapons and rations directly to the Bürach Empire.
The Pox Antidote: Augustine secured a consignment of Weeping Pox antidote from a Morbus Doctore operative in Liesech.
The Black Lady: The Cult of the Black Lady is explicitly mentioned in a heavily redacted section of the manifest.
